身為台灣人，每到尼泊爾的餐廳，菜單上"Chinese"那部份的菜名像是Manchurian Chicken、Schezwan Chicken，常常讓我納悶，個人猜測"四川"應該是辣味的，但"滿州"是什麼呢?前陣子看到這個菜單，也很妙，四川麵、香港麵、新加坡麵、蒙古麵...到底有啥差別?問了服務生，但他說他也不知，哈哈哈!!!
